Our apartment is comfortable, bright, and recently renovated with new furnishings, large Smart TVs, and appliances to ensure your comfort.
We’ve decorated the rooms with wallpaper and furniture in warm, inviting colours that create a harmonious atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy a wonderful holiday or stay filled with sightseeing and tranquility, just a stone’s throw from the Verona Fairgrounds and the historic centre.

The Space
Our apartment has been recently renovated with new furnishings.
It is located on the second floor (no lift) and consists of an entryway, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining and lounge area with a large TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
A hallway leads to the two bedrooms: one double bedroom with two single beds that can be separated if needed (just ask in advance), and another bedroom with two single beds; a bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hair dryer, and washing machine, as well as dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
All rooms except the bathroom have a balcony where ashtrays are placed on the floor for our smoking guests; please leave cigarette butts extinguished inside the ashtray—we’ll take care of emptying them. Please remember, however, that smoking is prohibited inside the apartment 🚭 for everyone’s safety and hygiene. Thank you 🙏🏼
Guest Access
The apartment is entirely at your disposal. It’s located on the second floor and there is no lift. A garage for scooters or bicycles is available upon request.
Other things to keep in mind
The apartment is conveniently located near amenities: it’s 1 km from the Verona Fairgrounds; right across the street is an excellent gelateria 🍦 and a sushi restaurant 🍱 that also offers takeaway or delivery; if you turn left when you exit, the bus stop to go to city centre, Piazza Bra or the train station 🚉, and 300 metres away there’s a piadina shop 🌮 and bar; 500 metres away, a pizzeria 🍕 serving by the slice; and if you turn right when you step outside, 200 metres away on the corner there’s a lounge bar and restaurant 🍝🍻🍾🍰🥗🥘Kasmir, where you can enjoy delicious treats and live music in the evening; 400 metres away is the trendy Vinsanto lounge bar, offering aperitifs, cocktails, and tasty snacks; about 800 metres away is the renowned Assaporito pizzeria, where you can savour exquisite Neapolitan pizzas 🍕, and nearby is another fabulous sushi spot 🍣 Yamasushi; about 1.5 km away is the luxurious seafood restaurant Da Ruggero, which is in high demand—especially for events or holidays—so be sure to book well in advance; about 1.5 km away is the beautiful Adigeo shopping centre, perfect for shopping, filled with clothing and shoe stores, electronics, and restaurants, fast food joints, ice cream shops, sushi places, etc., and about 600 metres away is the Esselunga supermarket, with a beautiful outdoor park just 400 metres behind it where you can go for a jog 🏃 or take your beloved dog for a walk 🐶. Just 20 km away is our wonderful Lake Garda, which offers beautiful trips to picturesque towns or opportunities for sports 🏊‍♀️ 🛶 🚴🏼‍♀️ 🏄‍♂️ And for those looking for fun, there are the amusement parks Gardaland, Movieland, Caneva, and Rio Valli, while for relaxation, Villa dei Cedri—with its thermal waters in the outdoor park—is highly recommended!
