I don’t think this hotel is 4 star. My room was outdated - no working air con, a shower which didn’t close properly and minimal sound proofing. It was also very noisy at night. The breakfast was great and they did allow me late checkout (at a cost)

Staff extemely friendly and obliging. Helped with general information, getting taxis, advising about buses etc. It was so good to have the little bar with food available at night. Hotel Leon d'Oro
An old fashion hotel, located a bit out of the touristic area of Verona on a mean highway. The shower didn’t work well and the tub didn’t evacuated the water at a normal pace. The staff is very indifferent to everyone.

Nice hotel in a good location. The staff were helpful and stored our bags as we arrived early. The rooms were a nice size and very clean. The breakfast buffet was very big and there was a great choice of tasty food.
