"Not an enjoyable stay at all! Although the property is a newer building that is all it has going for it. It advertises it is for an extended stay traveler however it is not set up for one. No dishes, uncomfortable furnishings and very cheaply put together. Guests that stay at this type of hotel are blue collar and homeless families that do not care how they trash the property and smoke their illegal substances everywhere. Entire property smelled of it including hallway an elevator. And I can’t leave out how I had to check in on a computer screen that was difficult to use and made me give a credit card to check in and billed me for the entire stay that I already prepaid for. When I mentioned to the manager about it she started it was an “ongoing issue “ with that machine and had to refund my card. I will not be staying at this hotel again when I stay in Syracuse. "

Some rooms were being worked on and doors were opened, so we could see all the tools and paint cans, etc. Laundry room was full of bags with dirty linen. Unpleasant to look at. The shower curtain is unclean with build up. I could not see out of the window due to dirt and condensation build up. There was no remote to the tv. The bedsheets wrecked of smoke. "
