There are some housekeeping items I would like to outline to help maximize your experience in my home.

1. Check Out: 11 AM. Check In:3 PM

3. Do not to drop the AC lower than 68 degrees. This may cause the unit to freeze over
4. No Smoking in the house or garage. This will incur an additional fee of $250
5. No pets in the house. This will incur an additional fee of $250
6. Maximum of four (4) cars in the driveway
7. Deep freezer are available for use. Do not sit or place items on top of deep freezer.
8. Do Not Park on the Grass. To avoid breaking sprinklers
9. No Boat parking
10. Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. If you are a guest on one of those days, please take the trash bin to the end of the driveway on those days.


Most Importantly, If you break or damage something then say something. I need to make repairs as quickly as possible so that it does not interfere with “future” reservation.

Beautiful Home
This house was set up nicely for our family. 4 bedrooms, nice kitchen, and spacious patio poolside. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Kitchen could use more pots and pans to allow families to cook dinners if they wanted. Everything else was great and host replied quickly with any questions or concerns.

Excellent place to stay. Little lacking in the kitchen pan department. No baking sheets/boiling pots... but extremely relaxing and over all great experience. Family already wants to select this property in the future if available.

I booked this house for 1 month solely because the amenities listed a heated pool. Had I known it was a solar heated pool, I would have not rented this home. The pool was unusable, water temperature was in the 60s, after purchasing a pool thermometer to check. The house was surface cleaned but had many maintenance issues including but not limited to paint, flooring, window treatments along with clean baseboards. The exterior needed rust stain removal and door latches and screens fixed on the lanai. The host was easy to contact and addressed small issues such as lightbulbs and a handle on the microwave that was broken. The owner did offer us $200 because the pool was unusable and a future stay, which we denied. We booked for a month but left after 1 week because we were not happy with the home. We will not book here again.

Well, this is not the first time I stayed at this location and just like the first time I enjoyed being there a few things change around, but that’s what happens when people don’t treat things like that on but all said and done everything was good there’s not many places that allow you to have an event, even though we didn’t have anything too big to thumbs up for the wet spot

Great house and pleasant experience!
The house was great and the process of checking in and out was painless! Would highly recommend! Only complaint is we would have enjoyed some higher quality and more pool/beach towels! Even so there was still enough to get the job done and other than that we had zero complaints!

Family Visit to Port St. Lucie
Very roomy and spacious home! Kiddos loved the pool!! Very nice!! Few little quirks, like with fan/light remotes and water control in master bath shower. Santo was VERY timely when responding to the few questions I had for him. Over all, we had a great stay and visit with family down that way!! Thanks Santo!!

We came to Ft St lucie to see our nephew play with his university. Location was excellent.
Very easy booking. Payments, communication with the owner and information provided was excellent . If we're around the area again, will try to stay at the same place place. Use vrbo several times already and it has always been good experience.
