We got a suite, which was big and had a fully functional kitchen. I really liked the space. However there was a jackhammer going from 8:00 in the morning until 4:00 pm every day. And there was no escaping it -- you could also hear it while at the pool. When I talked to the manager, he apologized and offered to refund part of my stay. I never got the refund. We stayed for 3 nights, paid top dollar for a suite, and it was pretty miserable.

Perfect for a solo trip. Room was clean and cozy. They let me park all day in the garage, despite the 11am check out, which is a huge perk. Hot tub is nice, too.

Room was clean and updated. We liked the ski in/ski out aspect of the property as well as the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Maybe some kind of covered structure closer to the pool and hot tubs to dry off and change, would have been great .

The hotel venue is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and convenient walking distance to the mountain. However, without speaking to staff, the check in process was VERY confusing. Upon arrival, we walked in circles and across the street trying to figure out parking, where to to pickup lift tickets,etc. Only to later discover the two entities are not connected in business!

We stayed on July 4th so not everything I leave as a review is applicable. The room: The room was in good shape overall and is updated. Nice little eat in kitchen. Bathroom was a nice size but the shower wasn’t fully working the way it should and I observed black mold in the corner. Also, the shade looked like someone or something pushed into them repeatedly. Wooden blinds were falling apart, The pull out couch was ok but a big stain on it. The parking: Parking was insane as it was 4th of July. After five long the parking garage 2 times I found the last spot. A side note: the underground parking garage is super shady and I would not feel safe if I was a woman by myself or with my kids. The food: Non-existent.. jack and Otto’s was closed so we could not get hot food with door dashing.. another side note, Vernon does not have good takeout or much of a variety. Amenities: The pool was nice and the area in the foyer is nice with fuseball style hockey game (stopped working on day 2) A pool table and fuseball table are also there and best of all there as an emulator arcade game (up to 4p) All in all we paid $400 for an OK experience which is not what we wanted.
