"We did not get the room we booked and we were lied to and told we got an upgrade. It is not an upgrade when we booked a queen and got 2 double beds. The manager was not listening and communication was terrible."

"I can't say whether this was the host's fault or not, but check-in instructions were not received. I had to call a couple of times while standing at the door to receive the entry code. I wouldn't book this with the anticipation that you're going to get a "luxury 3 bedroom" suite. Uncared for yard full of weeds, garbage piled at the end of the driveway that remained for the entire duration our entire stay, junk laying in the back lawn, garbage in hedge, torn sofa. There were no hand towels or facecloths - just bath towels. The kitchen was well appointed. The bed was comfortable. My biggest issue is the price. I've rented a few places in the Vernon area over the last year, and received far better value for the dollar - better upkeep, nicer places, at lower price points."
