The location was great. Close to the train and the beach...As noted the stairs are steep and the shower...not so much the size inside but the door was very tight to get inside. No housekeeping during our stay. The room was good otherwise.

Overlooking the main path, charming

The room was clean and well appointed. My wife is a light sleeper and did OK if the windows were closed to keep out late evening noise. I would stay there again. I really enjoyed it! The office people were very kind.

We loved it...Need to know. The shower is really small, I mean small, a big person would have issue with it. No AC, wich was fine with us, they have a very nice fan, and lastly there is no TV, but you should not want or need a TV in Vernazza. Location is amazing.

Great room. Steep stairs up but host helped us with our bags which was so great. Comfortable bed, very clean. The management group was great, luggage storage and towel rentals was awesome on our last day so we could spend it in on the beach in Monterosso

The property was located above the main street between the rail station and the little harbor. We loved this property but beware, there were many steep stairs up to our room.

Besides the steep steps up to the room, everything else was as expected. Walls are pretty thin so heard everything happening if loud talk was going on next door. Good for a short stay!

Very many non standard steps. By the end of 3 days I was getting a bit better so if you want a work out book this place. The AC did not work but the location was good (easy access from train). Only one window so due to ac not working it must be left open. Very tiny shower. I am 5 ft 9 175 pounds and it was challenging to fit in so if you are wise or fat this is not the place for you. There is a small fridge which was handy to keep milk cold for morning coffee and very good kettle for tea or coffee. I felt it was expensive due to the stairs, tiny shower, no kitchen but we managed for 3 days. I would stay again but all 4 of the places I stayed were booked so I was grateful to find this place!!! 3 star review due to stairs/tiny shower!

In the heart of Vernazza - awesome. Hard to access and stairs are super steep. Seems like everyone local knows everyone. A super loud jackhammer started up at 10pm and went until 1:30am. The apartment is just across the street from the management office, and the noise seemed to be very close - it was coming from a neighboring property on the Main Street. It was mind numbing and echoed up and down the cavernous Vernazza street corridors. Didn’t know if the management would be able to reach out to try to have them stop for the evening but it was worth a try. However, their response to my concern was less than impressive, they essentially said it wasn’t their problem and let me know we would need to put up with it. Tough situation made tougher by the management’s interaction with us.
