Accessed from the quiet Via Carattino, the entrance is technically on the first floor, yet due to the building’s height above the main street it feels comparable to a fifth floor. This privileged position enhances both the views and the sense of privacy, while guests should be aware that the external path and internal stairs may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.



Inside, the apartment combines modern comfort with a well-organised layout designed to make the most of its compact spaces. The living area features a new and fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, alongside a cosy seating area that opens directly onto the private terrace. A heat pump split located in the living space serves the entire floor, providing cooling in summer and warmth in winter, while additional fans ensure comfort throughout the apartment.



The sleeping areas are arranged on two levels. On the upper floor, a comfortable double bedroom with skylight and air conditioning offers a quiet and intimate retreat, while an adjacent open sleeping space with a single bed is ideal for a child and benefits from natural light and ventilation, though with the lower ceilings typical of attic rooms. On the lower level, a separate single room is cooled by the air from the living area and equipped with a fan, providing a practical and comfortable solution for families. The bathroom, though compact, is functional and fitted with a shower.

Apartment was cozy.Town was very cute Food waa good. Lots of steps 61 total. If coming don’t take too much luggage! Especially if out of shape. By third day, finally could climb without being out of breath!!
