An elegant studio born from an old wine cellar, behind a traditional green door in Vernazza. 37 sqm, ground floor, for 2 guests.



The Space:

A comfortable sleeping area and a bright living room with armchairs and a dining table, lit by large windows onto the caruggio leading to the main square. Kitchen with electric hob, fridge and microwave. Air conditioning, Dyson heating system, ceiling fan, Smart TV, board games.



Guest Access:

Ground floor, entered through the characteristic wooden green door. Perfect for couples and small families with children under 2 (cot available on request). Exclusive access to the studio.



The Neighborhood:

In the heart of Vernazza, a short walk from shops and restaurants. Beach 150m away, grocery shop 100m, restaurant 50m, station 200m — 3 minutes' walk from check-in.



Getting Around:

The train is recommended. If driving, there's a public car park above Vernazza (about 1,200m from the pedestrian area), with a shuttle to the village entrance and then a 5-minute walk to our concierge office. Advance booking of the car park recommended (roughly €20/day).



Other Things to Note:

Small and medium-sized dogs welcome for a €70 supplement per stay, on a lead in communal areas including the stairs.



We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning — croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk and sugar — plus our award-winning extra virgin olive oil from a local producer whose mill and honey production can be visited on one of our experiences, salt and washing-up liquid, and washing machine/dishwasher pods where fitted. Bed and bath linen included with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning throughout. Concierge office in Vernazza for assistance during your stay.



Full identity verification is a legal requirement in Italy, so guests must check in in person.



Concierge office in Vernazza open 9:30am–7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities.

Interaction with Guests:

Assisted check-in 3:00pm–7:00pm with our team; self check-in 7:00pm–10:00pm with instructions sent in advance by email (phone assistance in this window carries a €50 supplement). No check-in possible after 10:00pm — past this hour car parks close, night trains are rare and often delayed or cancelled, and the roads become difficult: evening arrivals this late are strongly discouraged.
