Located in the picturesque centre of Vernazza, one of the most iconic villages of the Cinque Terre, this panoramic apartment offers an authentic and memorable stay. With its private terrace overlooking rooftops and the sea, bright interiors and privileged location, it is an ideal choice for travellers wishing to experience Vernazza at its best.



Location

Set in the heart of the village, just steps from the main square, harbour, restaurants, cafés, traditional shops and the railway station (about 3 minutes on foot). Its central position allows guests to explore Vernazza entirely on foot.



Panoramic terrace

The private terrace is the highlight of the apartment, offering breathtaking views over the sea and village rooftops. A perfect spot to enjoy breakfast, an aperitif or unforgettable sunsets over the Cinque Terre.



The apartment

Recently renovated and thoughtfully furnished, the apartment offers a double bedroom with air conditioning, a single bedroom ideal for a child or additional guest, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, a living area with TV and a bathroom with washing machine. Air conditioning and heating are available in the main bedroom and kitchen.



Atmosphere

Set inside a traditional tower house, the apartment allows guests to experience Vernazza like a local. Bright interiors and carefully curated furnishings create a welcoming and relaxing environment after a day of exploring.

Access & parking

The building features steep internal and external stairs and is recommended for guests in good physical condition. For guests arriving by car, a public car park is located above Vernazza (approx. 1,200 m from the pedestrian area) with shuttle service to the village entrance, followed by a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the concierge office. Advance booking is strongly recommended. Approximate cost: €20 per day. Contact details are provided after booking.



Cinque Terre Riviera services

Complimentary welcome breakfast for the first day, high-quality essentials (local extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar and eco-friendly Nespresso capsules), professional cleaning, commitment to sustainability and a concierge office in Vernazza open from 9:30 to 18:30 (mid-March to early November).



Important information

Check-in is in person and the arrival time must be communicated in advance (15:00–18:30). Arrivals after 18:30 may incur an additional fee; check-in after 22:00 is not accepted. Due to the location within the Cinque Terre National Park, technical assistance response times may occasionally be longer. By law, heating is not permitted from 1 April to 8 November.

Nice apartment in Vernazza

We enjoyed our stay at Ca’ Bea. Check-in was quick and easy. The host joined us at the apartment to welcome us. Coffee, cookies, and croissants provided by the hosts were a tasty treat. The balcony over looks the village, providing a nice view of the colorful buildings. There are steep steps up to the apartment so it is easier if you have small luggage. We would recommend this apartment and would stay here again if we travel to Cinque Terre.

Ca' Bea in Vernazza

Ca' Bea was charming, tidy and spacious. The location is super convenient; just steps away from the train and right in the heart of Vernazza. I would certainly stay there again on a future trip to Cinque Terre. The description about the amount of steps and stairs necessary to get to the apartment was accurate.

The location of the apartment was fantastic! We loved having our morning coffee and afternoon drink on the veranda. The bathroom was great and the beds comfortable. I would definitely stay there again, despite the steep stairs to get there! One bedroom had airconditioning which was fine for us as we are used to the heat but it may be worth looking at getting aircon in the second bedroom. All in all a great apartment that I highly recommend

Our favorite place

We loved our stay and Vernazza. It was roomy, comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the views. We did not expect all of the stairs to the apartment. With my mother it was a surprise but we managed!!
