Amazing view
The apartment was very stylish and well kept. The views from the balcony were incredible. Our host Andrea was available and communicated well making check in/out a breeze. Highly recommend.

Mixed feelings
I am a bit hesitant about doing a review because of the mixture of feelings about the place. Andrea was very friendly and helpful, although we did haver some difficulty in making contact initially (which I suspect was mainly down to the Vrbo system). The main selling point of the apartment is the view it commands over the north end of Lake Como and it certainly is quite stunning. The view towards the south, not quite so much, as the growth of trees in front of the balcony has obscured the view in that direction, It was however very pleasant to have breakfast on the balcony, watching ferries come and go to Colico on the other side of the lake. The facilities were quite adequate for our purposes, although there was no washing machine. The main reservation I have relates to the rather untidy apprearance of the garden and the need for some freshening up of the exterior, Prospective occupiers should also be aware that the property is over 3 km from the main road, up a very steep and winding hill, so a car is really essential for access. Having said all that, the real question is: would we go back to the same property, and the answer is, yes, we probably would,

Spacious apartment with awesome views
Spacious apartment with great view from inside and from the large deck. Quiet location, make sure you get the coordinates from the owner, it's at the end of the road. Ample parking, well-equipped kitchen. Short ride from the restaurants and shops along the shores of Lake Como. Friendly, easygoing and non-intrusive owner. Did I mention the views?

Unbelievable view, friendly and very helpful host, cozy apartment, lovely garden and easy parking....this vacation home exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful place to spend a week. Such a beautiful part of Italy!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen,abwechslungsreichen und erholsamen Urlaub in Andreas Ferienwohnung verbringen dürfen. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern abgebildet.Sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.DieTerrasse mit diesem Blick einfach traumhaft. Selbst vom Bett aus ( untere Wohnung) kann man die Berge und das gegenüberliegende Ufer sehen. Was für eine schöne Kulisse.Unser „großes“ Auto parkte perfekt und sicher auf seinem Grundstück und auch die Fahrräder fanden auf dem großzügigen Anwesen Platz zum hinstellen.Deine Tipps und Aufmerksamkeit haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht.Danke dafür!.Andrea ist ein toller Gastgeber und cooler Mensch. Atemberaubender Blick auf den See, charmante Wohnung
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben unsere Zeit bei Ihnen sehr genossen. Der Blick auf den Comersee war einfach unglaublich und hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr schön eingerichtet, hell und äußerst gemütlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber erwähnen. Trotz unserer späten Ankunft haben sie auf uns gewartet und uns herzlich empfangen. Wir hatten außerdem das Glück, dass das Wetter mitspielte, so dass wir sogar auf der Terrasse Kartenspielen konnten. Es war ein wundervolles Erlebnis, den Ausblick zu genießen und gleichzeitig Zeit im Freien zu verbringen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns bei Ihnen rundum wohlgefühlt und werden die Ferienwohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.
