"Hotel Lugano Dante was absolutely perfect for our stay in Lugano. Beautifully located in the heart of the city yet peaceful and relaxing. The room was spotless, elegant, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with great variety and quality. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff — warm, professional, and genuinely caring throughout. "Staff was very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed a week and it felt like home! Large pool, and gym. Which were clean and very usuable. There was a horse track across the street, but it was not loud and it did not dictract me from my sleep. "

"The single room was well-equipped with a desk, chair, lamp, tv, wardrobe and good sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable and extra pillow was appreciated. The hotel was quite warm for me but even in early November the weather was pleasant enough that I could open the window. Housekeeping, bar and breakfast staff were all very friendly."
