La habitación esta muy deteriorada, las puertas en mal estado, así como los muebles, los colchones desgastados y duros, las almohadas por igual. el ventilador trabajaba a medias, el servicio de limpieza lo fueron a hacer ya hasta por la tarde cuando ya estábamos en la habitación. No había contactos suficientes (únicamente 2) Lo que me agrado fue que pude dejar mi auto a la puerta de la habitación

No respetan las reservaciones por Expedia, te dan la habitacion que quieren y te niegan alargar estancia.. dicen que ya avisaron a Expedia que no tienen habitaciones y siguen vendiendo y que ellos no se hacen responsables de tus reservas a traves de dicha plataforma. Muy mala actitud y trato de una (señora mayor) recepcionista durante el check in, nada amable, muy grosera y prepotente. La ubicacion del hotel es buena y el acceso a los servicios cercanos es bueno. En cuanto a la limpieza de la habitacion bien, solo el baño muy deteriorado, sin tapete y la puerta de la regadera rota, falta limpieza y amenidades. No tiene alberca. Si tiene estacionamiento. La estructura en general sin mantenimiento. Si lo que buscas es solo ir a dormir esta bien, si quieres mas comodidad no lo recomiendo.

Colchones muy incómodos

La limpieza no es muy buena pero teníamos toallas limpias todos los días, los colchones y almohadas son muy duras, quizás muy viejas, súper incómodas, para descansar no sirven, amaneciamos con dolor de espalda, ya que fuimos de vacaciones y el conocer implica caminar y en la noche buscábamos descansar pero en colchones tan duros es imposible
