Wonderful apartment with a terrace and sea views in a beachfront textile complex. Comfortable, functional, and well-equipped, it has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people (sofa bed). Air conditioning included. Located in a luxury beachfront development, 70% of the space is dedicated to gardens, pools, and pathways. The complex has direct beach access. A few kilometers from the area are pristine beaches and quaint villages. Close to the protected area of Cabo de Gata and the World Heritage site of Mojácar village. The area has shopping districts, bars, and restaurants.
