In the heart of a preserved nature, facing the sea, this atypical listed property opens its doors to you for a most singular stay in Ver-sur-Mer! This renovated blockhouse with its beautiful roof terrace invites you to cross time!
The 75 m² flat is divided into a single large room with different living areas, a shower room and separate toilet. Its pretty garden and its roof terrace will offer you a breathtaking sea view! Free Wifi. Sheets and towels extra.
The accommodation :
- Large bright living room with bay window overlooking the garden. The dining area includes a large wooden table and 4 chairs.
- The sleeping area in the main room has two double sofa beds, coffee table, furniture and flat screen TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen open to the room with: dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, coffee machine, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery...
- Separate shower room with shower.

Séjour à ver sur mer
Blockhaus avec terrasse et vue magnifique, par contre quelque Inconvénient :
Manque de containers pour les ordures ménagères car ont doit allez déposer ses ordures à courseulles face à la conciergerie ce qui fait 10 km allez retour, pour jeter ses poubelles compliqués.
Manque d’éclairage extérieure pour manger le soir.
Le Blockhaus est Très humide, nous avons dormi dans des draps humide, après 5 jours de chauffage cela allait mieux en fin de séjour.
Le captage de la télévision fonctionne très mal.
Et si possible il serait bien de carreler le sol car le ciment brute pas top.
Malgré tout bonne expérience.
