Comfortable Midtown One Bedroom apartment,

This is a long term rental 30 day minimum. This is a special place in a great neighborhood. Close to the beach and downtown. Walking distance to local restaurants and the grocery store. Wood floors, custom tile and a beautiful kitchen. There’s a front and large backyard which is shared with great neighbors. The living room is comfortable and has a 50 inch flat screen TV with cable.. I have bikes in the backyard and surfboards to borrow. This place has many upgrades and a homie feeling to it. There’s parking on the street and in front of the house. So if your quiet and would like to stay in a great place, then this is the place for you.

Great location

Unit has everything you need. Convenient to have laundry on site. Location in midtown Ventura is great - easy walk to many things. Host available as needed.

Close to many places. Host Berry was excellent. Communicated well. Nice personality. Enjoyed getting to know the neighbors at monthly gatherings. So many museums to see in the area and great beaches.
