"This is the absolute best of what B&B's offer. Absolutely fantastic building, full of charm but also very comfortable and chill, plus the nicest proprietors in the world. Plus, the suite had plenty of space for our family of six. Everything was exceptional and would highly recommend for anyone in the area. "

"I took off one star because during our 4 night stay, our room was never fully cleaned, beds never changed, etc. Had to ask for additional towels and toilet paper and that was the extent of it. Finally on checkout morning we got a loud knock on the door a few minutes before our 11 am checkout, like “get out!” We were packed and getting ready to leave and that was just rude. I assume it was housekeeping. I usually leave a tip for housekeeping, but not this time. Other than that, the motel is fine. Appreciated the hard boiled eggs in the morning!"
"Love the location, the hospitality and the modern rooms. Hopefully with it being under new management, the rooms will be more affordable. Love staying here with it being a quick walk to Parker's Grille "
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Geneva Finger Lakes by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"I usually stay in Hilton hotels. My last experience with a Hampton Inn was not great so I opted for Holiday Inn instead. I’m glad that I did. The room was clean and comfortable. Faith was the cleaning person and she really did a great job."

"Memorable First Visit to the Finger Lakes – Even Better Than Expected! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, including Seneca and Keuka Lakes, Watkins Glen, Geneva, and even an Amish Flea Market. We visited four wineries, went hiking, kayaking, and enjoyed so many other activities that made our trip unforgettable. The property itself was exactly as advertised. It offered total relaxation with a beautiful lake view, a hot tub, and a fire pit—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. We were even lucky enough to catch a full moon, which made the evenings even more magical.Jonny was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and full of great recommendations for food, drinks, and activities. His guidance really enhanced our experience. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to explore the Finger Lakes. It was our first visit to the area, and it turned out to be more memorable and enjoyable than we ever imagined. Can’t wait to come back."
