A studio bungalow in a holiday resort Balzi Rossi.
Studio type Roma or Lucca depending on availability.
The resort contains of 2 large apartments and 7 bungalows located on different levels on a mountain next to the sea.
The resort has a restaurant, multiple bars, a swimming pool (infinity pool overviewing the ocean), a kiosk and about 100 olive trees. The resort is from walking distance (3-5 minutes) from the beaches/ sea.
Conditions:
- deposit or 350 needs to be paid upfront and via bank transfer or cash. No check in is possible without a bank transfer or deposit.
- check in in the afternoon as of 4.00 p.m.
- check out in the morning before 10.00
- minimum stay is 3 nights
- normal price is 337,- per night for the bungalow regardless of the number of people
- compulsory cleaning fee applies 137,-
- no smoking / no drugs
- extra costs for towels and linen 17 per person per stay
- weekend is an extra charge of 50,- per night
- no pets allowed
- tourist tax is 1,5 per person per day.
