"I came in on an early bus, and the staff was so lovely they let me check in 3 hours early without an extra charge. When I got to my room it was so clean I could have eaten off the floor. Everything was perfect. I would love to stay here next time I require accommodations in Venice. My rating is 12 out of 10, I'm beyond pleased with the experience."

"The host stated that there was a dishwasher and ice maker. There is neither of those. The dishes were filthy. I spent over an hour doing the dishes (by hand) that I thought we would use. There are still plenty of dirty dishes and no organization in the cupboards. There was a screwdriver and screws in with the silverware. Also, the arm for the door was broken off and sitting in a box on the counter in the kitchen. And, I dropped an earring in the bedroom and looked under the bed and dresser to retrieve it. There is enough dust & animal fur to stuff a toy. Sadly disappointed. On a positive note, it was a great location. Oh, and cockroaches were a problem. I hope some of these issues can be resolved. We won’t be back. Sorry:( in our 10 years of vacation rentals, we have never had to leave a negative response)"
