Dear Guest, Yes, in Italy we enjoy sweets for breakfast. But we also offer eggs, bacon, ham, tomatoes, cucumbers, salad, fruit, yogurt and much more. We're sorry about the problems you encountered with our Wi-Fi. We haven't received other complains about it lately. We'll ask our housekeeping to check in all the rooms. Since you're anonymous, we don't know what room you were staying in. The hotel is indeed old fashioned and you can see it in our pictures, some of them taken by our staff itself, with plain mobiles and published with no filters. I guess you appreciated other aspects that are not mentioned, since you gave us 8 out of 10. Thanks. We wish you a lovely spring.

It tells us even more about your sensibility and intelligence. You are praising so many little efforts we made that most of the people give for granted. For example, an early check-in demands communication between different departments and changes in the rooms’ assignment. When it is possible, we love to satisfy our guests’ early check-in requests. Everyone likes to freshen up before starting a trip! You also noticed that we like to offer a variety of biscuits and pastries, so that our guests don’t find always the same food in our breakfast buffet.
