Lovely friendly hotel , clean bedrooms quite small but didn’t spent anytime in the room. Option for breakfast is very reasonable just for continental breakfast before your day starts .

The hotel is nicely located near Rialto Bridge, walkable to most visited landmarks. There are plenty nice restaurants and canal side eateries. Close to cafes, public and private water taxi, and famous cafes, bars and pubs. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was nice with a very nice server. The room was clean with nice double/queen bed. The bathroom and tub/shower were good size and clean. A nice and famous cafe/restaurant was is attached to the hotel and within 20 steps door to door. Nice and cute for its category of hotels and for the value. Having breakfast at the hotel was very convenient. Friendly staff.

Staff were nice. Shower was excellent. Location was good with regard to ease of getting everywhere. There were some problems though. Bar below our window was very loud and so room noise was difficult until at least midnight. WiFi was very weak. A/C was ok but room became a little warm during the day. Also, bar crowds formed in alleys leading to hotel all afternoon and evening so getting back to hotel required getting past drunken patrons which was sometimes difficult or unpleasant (broken glass, rude comments, etc). For the price we paid for our room, we expected fewer issues. If we come again, we would likely stay elsewhere.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s in the heart of Venice and so close to dining, shopping and water transportation. We took a private water taxi from right outside the hotel to the airport, which was so convenient. The staff was very helpful and the accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We would definitely stay here again, and hope to get back to Venice one day to do more exploring!

Cute hotel located in the heart of Venice! Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again- and hopefully I will get another chance to go back to this beautiful city!

It was initially difficult to find via Google, but when is Google perfect.....at all??? Staff was great and was attentive to our every question, even when they were "stupid" coming from tourists that didn't understand! Everything was clean and great, with a fridge in the room as well.

They didn't honor their cancelation policy and they charged me even though I didn't stat the full time. They did not give us very good instructions on how to get to the property so for someone who has never been to Venice before I just had to walk with my luggage from the car drop-off through all of Venice to the Hotel. The staff was not very friendly or helpful and the hotel was extremely overpriced for such bad service, small rooms, and no amenities.
