This Houseboat features a roomy open living room and Kitchen plan with high ceilings and a cozy porch for relaxing, dining and drinking against a lovely cypress backdrop. Sleeps 7! All of the beds are Full-Size, baby soft, and the 7th bed is in the Loft. Enjoy the Marina Madness and come back to the neat, clean Cypress Cove for some essential R&R!

A great trip

Loved this houseboat in Cypress Cove. It has a cool deck that we bbq’d, fished and watched the gators on. The fishing charter boat picked us up right from the deck and we had a fabulous day out fishing. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and it had everything we needed. Thanks Nick!!

1st rate houseboat. A longer walk down the pier but well worth it because you are on the end. Quiet with more privacy, great view of the tuna boats coming and going. Minimal rocking. GREAT ice machine. Easy to find and pull up to for private boats/guides. 6 comfy full beds.

Tuna fishing Trip

We all had an amazing time, the boat was super nice and in the perfect spot. The boat captain came right up to the front porch picked us up and brought us back after fishing. It was the perfect spot! We’ll be back soon!

Clean, spacious and central houseboat in the middle of Cypress Marina. We fished with James as well so the logistics we very easy. Houseboat has a great ice machine, wash and dryer, within steps from Cypress Grill and 5 min drive to Venice Marina. Overall great spot!
