The hotel is super clean, easy access to public transportation, in the front desk Sandro gave us lots of information about the town and how to move around, the breakfast is a full meal so that’s a plus, l definitely give this hotel a 5 stars

Liked breakfast. Didn't like the beds, really uncomfortable. Couldnt keep food cold in fridges because only one hotel card given. The hotel bar is no bar or restaurant. Highly recommend putting in a lounge or area for people to hang out or making breakfast area for all day use.

Dear Amy, this is a family hotel, we have no space at all to arrange a room to hang out, also, we are too small to serve clients all day long! Breakfast is actually what you eat in the morning after waking up: it is served from 7 till 10, we have no bar serving brunch. The bar is not a lounge bar, but a hotel bar where you can have some drinks, the bar tenders are the receptionists, so the opening time is the same of the reception. Most of our clients love our beds and he fridge in the room is a minibar, it was not to realized to keep food cool, just to cool some drinks, also, it does work also without the card, if yours was not, it means that someone plugged it into the wrong plug! Please advise which was your room, so that we can check those "problems". Best regards

Beware of outside restroom and bathroom
We were shocked to find that our room did not have a bathroom or restroom in it, but outside! Check your reservation really closely before booking. I don't recall seeing this indication anywhere throughout the reservation process.

Lovely stay but room could have been cleaner. There were hairs on the throw when we first arrived and hairballs in the corners of the room. General aspect of room looked dirty. Staff were lovely and friendly. Good breakfast.

Comfy hotel convenient to public transit
Staying here made it very easy to get into and back from Venice proper, since there is a tram very close by. The room itself was fine,

Highly Recommend this hotel
Since we arrived super late and then we had to leave super early, we were only there for 5 hours so I can't really say much other then we had no issues and the room we had (San Marco) was great and plenty of room for a family of 5.

The property is easy to find with parking. on arrival the staff were very helpful with a quick and easy checkin. The room was fresh cool and air conditioned. Room was perfect for 2 asked for additional pillows and was provided with problems. Little fridge in room but no Tea & coffee this would be a plus to the room if considered. Breakfast was continental and a good choice of breads croissants jams crearal and ham and cheeses. Veronica who catered for breakfast was amazing always very helpful and welcoming with her big smile and made sure we was well feed & served with a perfect coffee. Great transport link tickets purchased from the hotel desk for just 1.50e each way into Venice Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you

The staff especially a lady called Ann or Anna, very kind and helpful. For a group of Tourist all the way from Africa we felt she was the best person we met.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Room was enormous, staff was super friendly and helpful and was offered free breakfast. The hotel provides discounted tickets for the bus and tram to go into Venice. The only disappointment was that we were given a room with a kitchen but nothing to cook with. No pots, no pans...Not even a coffee maker or anything to boil water... aside from that, we had a wonderful time

The hotel for me is in good location easy access to go to venice.the tram is just 2mins walk from the hotel.there is also a lot shop around.Coffee maker in the hotel room would have been very nice indeed.But overall the hotel is nice.

Can’t really fault this hotel at the exceptional price we paid. Quiet peaceful hotel in ideal location for public transport links to Venice despite first impressions of small unassuming hotel on a busy dual carriageway. Warm attentive welcome by one male at reception though with limited English. Not shown to room but only 2 floors with 6 bedrooms each so not hard to find. Pleasant air conditioned rooms, tiled floors for summer coolness. Good King size 6ft firm double bed. No road noise with double glazed windows. Some slightly tired bathroom fittings but all functional. Other staff members happy to help with good English for those with shameful lack of Italian like ourselves. Breakfast varied choices. More tourist information in rooms would be nice. Clearer BOLD info needed regarding the need to pay city tourist tax on departure IN CASH.

It was ok, no real windows or view. you have to go into different rooms outside of the apartment to use the toilet and shower. Room only had one power outlet. But it was a clean room close to public transportation.

Really lovely hotel for the price. The staff were all very friendly and were more than happy to help with anything! Also gave us a map of Venice when we first got to the hotel. If you are getting there early and let them know, they can try and get your room ready for you too. Clean rooms and nice touches throughout the hotel. Basic breakfast but found something each morning. Very close to bus and tram station for Venice (only 20-30 minutes to Venice from there) and nice restaurants near by in Mestre (cheaper to eat there than Venice) within a 5-10 minute walk. Nice wine bar close by too. A very nice hotel in a perfect location. Would definitely recommend!

It was great for the price. Lovely modern looking hotel with clean comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. The only downside was you could hear people walking around in the corridor, if you are a light sleeper you may hear it. Overall will recommend it. 😊

Pros Nice hotel with good breakfast. Centrally located to downtown, shopping and restaurants. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Cons be aware that If you staying in the rm that sleeps 5, the restroom and shower room are located in the hallway. May not be a big deal to some but it was a bit of an inconvenience for us. You do get a key but again, it is a bit of a hassle locking and unlocking the doors. Also, rooms are not sound proof at all, we had to raise the tv very high and turn on some music to block the noise of a very sexually active couple staying in the room across from us. A bit disturbing considering we have 3 kids and they were at it many times throughout the day and night. Luckily they left on our 2nd day there. Also, Room taxes are different than the ones posted on Expedia, they are about double the amount that was listed. But overall, not too bad of a stay.

The worse location and and be careful they steal from you! They over charged me and gave me a twin bed and not a queen bed! It was supposed to be a queen bed what I paid for!

Excellent position - about 15 minutes from Venice. Close to bus, tram and train station. Mestre is a nice place to stay - lots of places to eat and cheaper than Venice.

The staff were fantastic. spoke good English, greek and Italian. I speak all three. I also heard them speaking German and French too. The room was spotless every day. and the hotel was very clarn. The breakfast was a nice continental one and the breakfast lady was lovely. if I go to Venice again. I will certainly stay here. Get the 4 day travel pass or 7 day travel pass if going. Maestre had some lovely restaurants.

The double bed was put together with two single beds. Not so comfortable... There was a light sensor in the bathroom that kept switching off. Parking is provided, however it is pretty tight.

Hotel is just a short walk to Mestre Center tram station. Easy access to bus and tram going to Venice which is around 20 mins only. Hotel facilities are new! Big & clean room and toilet & bath. Love that they have extra pillows 😘 Breakfast is OK - just right selection- very filling.😋😋😋 Staffs are helpful and pleasant. Only downside is that our room is fronting the street - and we can hear all the vehicles passing by which is a bit noisy especially at night. Good thing we’re too tired to let it bother us! Overall, we were satisfied and happy with our stay☺️👍👍👍

Lovely Stay to Visit Venice
Lovely stay in Mestre to visit Venice. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Very clean and nicely decorated. Good location, really nice restaurant next door and easy to get tram or bus into Venice. Our only slight complaint was the bed was uncomfortable.
