Perfect Location

We were very impressed with these accommodations. it was close to the train station and all of the attractions and some great restaurants. If we could have changed one thing it would have been the pillows - they were have to hard and synthetic. But, overall a great stay.

Nice place in a good location

Two nights was not enough in this comfortable little place. It had everything we needed, including yummy goodies!Everything we wanted to do was just a short walk away - including the Rialto Bridge and fish market (really cool to see). Don’t miss fluffy brunch nearby!We will definitely be back!!

In the Heart

The location to the sites was stellar. Easy to get everywhere from here. The room was an oasis to return to after a long day of sightseeing. Easy to work with the owners and loved the additional educational materials offered.

Everything was nice. Easy location to see sightseeing. Restaurants all around.

We had a very nice time and very nice memories of Venice. Loved the little change of fruit and bread or muffins. Had problems with the coffee maker.Had to hold onto the buttons to have a cup of coffee. Host and hostess was very nice.

Alessandro helped make our trip better every step of the way. He helped us navigate from the airport, greeted us at the ferry, and walked us back to the B&B which is conveniently located near the market and Rialto Bridge. He helped us choose an itinerary that kept us away from the crowds, but enabled us to see everything we dreamed of in our 2 wonderful days in Venice and islands. The bedroom and breakfast basket with coffee was perfect. Clean, comfy and everything we needed. Great shower/jet tub. King size bed. Pictures are accurate. The view from San Georgio Church across the bay was amazing. (Another thing we wouldn’t have seen were it not for Alessandro) Thank you Alessandro!!

We had a wonderful stay! Alessandro was so helpful & gave us restaurant recommendations & provided us with books & maps! The room was clean & spacious! The breakfast brought to our room every day included fresh fruit, nuts, & breads with Nutella & jams. We definitely would stay here again!

Very nice stay in Venizia

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Venice is a beautiful place. Very comfortable room and nice snacks and drinks provided that were appreciated when we were tired from walking all day. Food was amazing in all the restaurants we went to and friendly people everywhere too. Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay in quiet part of Venice

Beautiful room with wonderful breakfast provided. Host met us at water bus station to show us the location. Gave us a map with recommendations for places to see, wander and eat. Would very highly recommend!

Great Quiet Spot

We had 4 days to spend in Venice and this location made easy access to everything. The neighborhood is quiet and yet 5-10 minutes walking to plenty of restaurants. 20 minute stroll to St. Mark's.

Perfect Location

We stopped for a brief stay and the location was perfect. Alessandro was a great host. He met us at the vaporetto stop, walked us to the VRBO and spent 15-20 minutes talking to us about our stay, tips for the city and helping us plan out the transportation.

Great spot in Venice

We had a great stay here. Our flight was delayed and we were met at the water bus station at midnight by Alice, who was lovely, and she walked us to the location. This was fantastic service. The location is great and an easy walk to the water bus and central to the rest of Venice. I highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Location in Venice!

Stayed a couple of days in Venice after ending a cruise through the Greek islands. This is a great location, very close the Grand Canal, Rialto Bridge, and the market.. The room was very nice and well equipped for a few days stay. Can't say enough about our host (Alessandro) who really gave us great insight on Venice, where to go, where to eat, etc. 5 Stars, really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed a couple of more days!

Great hosts and huge market

This place was lovely. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. We loved being close to the Canal and the Rialto Market. The breakfasts with fresh baked goods were fabulous! Caterina gave us wonderful tips about getting around and things to do, and we enjoyed books she loaned us about Venice.

Amazing Hospitality in Venice

Alessandro was the best host! Upon arrival he met us at the water taxi stop and guided us to his B and B. He gave us a detailed crowd avoiding plan on the map. His advice was spot on. The breakfast/snacks were perfect. It was a quiet location with comfortable beds and amenities.
