In the Heart

The location to the sites was stellar. Easy to get everywhere from here. The room was an oasis to return to after a long day of sightseeing. Easy to work with the owners and loved the additional educational materials offered.

Venice stay

Our stay in Venice was wonderful. Alessandro was very proactive with communication and responded quickly to all questions. The B&B was wonderful and located within walking distance of many great attractions.

Great value

We found this to be a perfect home base for walking around Venice. The beds are comfortable and shower clean. Kitchen was well maintained . A nice supply of cold breakfast items were already in our room and juice and yogurt in the fridge. Bed made every morning. I think younger people will especially like it here. I felt old with the staircase. I missed having a washer.Venice is such a labyrinth we needed to call Isabelle to help us get home and she was very available.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay very much, the location was perfect as there were many restaurants close by and close to the water bus stop. The room was very clean and the hosts were very responsive to our messages.

Wonderful

The property was exactly as advertised. The extra snacks and cold drinks available on-site were a great plus. The host was very responsive. Accommodations were quiet but in a great location. One of the best places we stayed in during our visit across Italy.

Great Quiet Spot

We had 4 days to spend in Venice and this location made easy access to everything. The neighborhood is quiet and yet 5-10 minutes walking to plenty of restaurants. 20 minute stroll to St. Mark's.

Beautiful little B & B

We loved our stay at the B & B. The host was amazing.But you must know that when you book this space you are only booking one room at a time.I did not understand that.Luckily, the host had an additional room available that I could rent.All in all, I would highly recommend.

Perfect Location

We stopped for a brief stay and the location was perfect. Alessandro was a great host. He met us at the vaporetto stop, walked us to the VRBO and spent 15-20 minutes talking to us about our stay, tips for the city and helping us plan out the transportation.

Quiet & cozy!

If you’re looking for a charming B&B just outside of the hustle and busy this is perfect! Not to far from anything you may want to do. The daily breakfast is so convenient and the space had everything we needed. Loved our time here!

We loved staying here while visiting amazing Venice. Wonderful breakfast croissants delivered every morning. Only complaint was the steepness of the stairs. Really wonderful location, made getting around super easy. Would definitely recommend staying here

Fabulous stay in quiet part of Venice

Beautiful room with wonderful breakfast provided. Host met us at water bus station to show us the location. Gave us a map with recommendations for places to see, wander and eat. Would very highly recommend!

Fantastic Location in Venice!

Stayed a couple of days in Venice after ending a cruise through the Greek islands. This is a great location, very close the Grand Canal, Rialto Bridge, and the market.. The room was very nice and well equipped for a few days stay. Can't say enough about our host (Alessandro) who really gave us great insight on Venice, where to go, where to eat, etc. 5 Stars, really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed a couple of more days!

Great spot in Venice

We had a great stay here. Our flight was delayed and we were met at the water bus station at midnight by Alice, who was lovely, and she walked us to the location. This was fantastic service. The location is great and an easy walk to the water bus and central to the rest of Venice. I highly recommend staying here.

B&B Ca’Barba was a perfect choice for us. Great location, easy to get around on foot and water taxis are everywhere. Alessandro was above and beyond helpful. Amazing Hospitality in Venice

Alessandro was the best host! Upon arrival he met us at the water taxi stop and guided us to his B and B. He gave us a detailed crowd avoiding plan on the map. His advice was spot on. The breakfast/snacks were perfect. It was a quiet location with comfortable beds and amenities.

Lovely location

This little place near the Rialto Bridge met our needs perfectly. There was a generous cold breakfast and a coffee maker, as well as a shared kitchen with yogurt and some delicious juice available. The bed and room were clean and comfortable, one of our hosts met us at the vaporetto stop and escorted us to the room, explaining how everything worked. Our only issue was the wifi wasn’t working when we were there.Otherwise, it was perfect.

Great hosts and huge market

This place was lovely. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. We loved being close to the Canal and the Rialto Market. The breakfasts with fresh baked goods were fabulous! Caterina gave us wonderful tips about getting around and things to do, and we enjoyed books she loaned us about Venice.
