3 Bedrooms each with one set of bunk beds with full bed on bottom and single on top. One bathroom. Fully stocked with bed linens and towels. Open living room and kitchen combination. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker. Living room has one sofa and two love seats. Large flat screen TV with satellite TV (Direct TV). Central air and heat. Large porch area with fish cleaning station, gas grill, ice machine, and area to tie your boat to.

Fishing charter trips available for both inshore and offshore.

Great place on the water

Easy check in and great communication with the owner. The ice maker was a great addition to the stay. It was clean and was equipped with everything you would need for a stay.

The perfect place!

DB stayed in touch from the moment we booked. He was informative and very friendly. The place was perfect and set up for your pleasure. I would suggest a small bait freezer if you can bring one. Overall amazing

Our first stay with DB ! Great place our guide Captain Ron was familiar with Owner ! I cook and the kitchen was appropriately outfitted. The grill was perfect ! Was able to get good night sleep and rest between shifts ! Sadly , I left a day early due to death in family my sons and buddies were able to stay the duration! DB is awesome strongly recommend him And his property !

Great place to stay

We were there for offshore with my own boat, water front is unable to dock 30’ boat without going into neighbors space. Could be an issue when neighbor has their boat. Highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. Capt DB was the best and he is very easy and pleasant to deal with. This place has everything you can possibly need for your visit!

Exactly what we were looking for. Great location

Houseboat had everything we needed for our fishing trip in Venice. We arranged a charter fishing trip for our group with Dennis and he was a great captain and put us right on the fish. We will definitely be back.!
