Pros: The best thing was the location right next to Realto bridge. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: rooms are tiny small, no elevator. There was no single shelf in our room for keeping our stuff or clothes. There was even no single hook to put towels on in the bathroom. We stayed 2 nights and they did not clean our room even once.

Great location, charming room. We paid a lot to get air conditioning since it was very hot in Venice. The AC didn’t work at all. No fan. Room was 85 degrees at least. Hotel offered no discount at checkout. Just, “we will be in touch”. That was the only disappointment. Otherwise it would have been perfect.
