Front porch overseeing the reservoir; full bathroom w/ shower. The open floor plan has a spacious layout w/ wood ceiling beams and big windows, and french doors that allow loads of sunlight. This detached apartment has a full bath and well equipped kitchenette. Just 20min outside Eugene. Perfect for Bird Watchers.
