"Booked and paid extra for a microwave then was told there were no rooms with microwaves. The front dest was kind enough to find and deliver on to my room but expedia should change this or just dont bother paying extra. Its safe and clean and gppd for a stopover"

"We had an early flight and this one had shuttle service, but it only begins at 5:30AM, so be careful of flight times. The place was wonderful and the staff was even better. Next time we're in Eugene we will always stay here!"
