"Breakfast was WONDERFUL, totally worth it"

"We had two suites. The air conditioning didn’t work until the day after we got there. We were told that this was city policy, they were ‘not allowed” to turn on the AC until a certain date. Never heard of something like that! And then when it did work, it could not be put on during the day. At 6AM it went off by itself. To be honest, In a 5 star hotel to be told this, I was embarrassed for them. I must say that the personnel at the reception were as nice could be. As for breakfast, best not get there a minute past 10:30 in the morning, they’ve already shut down the buffet. That’s not very hospitable. Otherwise, a nice hotel in the center of Torino. Fix those things and it would be top-notch!"

"We were greeted at the door by Andrea, whose care was carried on by Pasquale - excellent service. Tatiana, at the front desk was equally efficient and gracious. The food service, after our first day anticipated our needs. Francesca led the breakfast service."

"Rivoli is a quiet big hotel in the outskirts of Torino, conveniently located near the “tangenziale”. We use it mostly for the Juventus match at their Allianz Stadium, but there is always full of people as tourists or Military. Their rooms are spacious, basic furniture in 80’s color but functional and comfortable. Their breakfast is very good with several selections of food for all the tastes. Only comment, the automatic coffee machine, quite bad as quality, especially for an Italian Hotel."
