Excellent breakfast included. Close to the train station and bus station and to the town of Chiusa which has great restaurants. We took the bus to the Dolomites from the main station. "The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."

"Lovely apartment that had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location that was close to a mountain stream, a supermarket and the charming old town of Klausen. The host was very helpful in arranging for us to have items we had left behind sent to our accommodation."

"We had an amazing time here. We had booked 2 nights at very short notice (8pm in fact due to having to leave our original hotel), and when we arrived the staff were working hard to get our room ready to go (great job too!). We were also given a free room upgrade which was amazing. This hotel has a real warm and cosy feel to it. The amenities are brilliant; especially the indoor whirlpool and relaxation area - top quality. The staff were extremely friendly and quite clearly love working there. Breakfast was really good and genuine of the area. Top quality and had a real focus on good healthy food. The only downside is there is no air-con in the room which can be tricky in warmer nights. Maybe some mosquito nets so you can have the door open at night? We will 100% be coming back in the future!"
