It was completely rebuilt at the end of 2018 using the old listed building fabric and has a new building standard. From the large roof terrace you have a view of the sea and the old town of Vejer. In the evening you can see the illuminated Tangier and the Strait of Gibraltar. The decor is very modern and luxurious.
The entire property is very sunny and quiet, although in the middle of the old town and only a few meters away from all the noteworthy sights, restaurants and bars of Vejer.

Living on 2 levels

On the ground floor there is a large living-kitchen area, a separate bedroom and a separate bathroom. On the upper floor is another smaller room, from which you have access to the large roof terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, an induction cooker with oven, an external extractor and a massive large wooden table. The bathroom is equipped with a large floor-level shower. The sanitary equipment is from Duravit or Philippe Starck. All floors are provided with high quality Italian terrazzo, all windows and doors are made of solid domestic hardwood and have interior shutters, so that the rooms can be completely darkened.
