About this property

Luxurious villa with spectacular Seaview, Airco and private Infinity pool

  • This spacious design villa was build in 2006 and is in perfect condition. The view is spectacular, 180 degrees view of Sitges and the sea. Every room is the house is looking great, with a lot of attention to detail. The villa has 4 bedrooms, of which 3 bedrooms are overlooking the pool. The 4th bedroom, the master bedroom is on the first floor and also has a great view. All bedrooms have airconditioning, wifi cable, kingsize beds and big build in closets. There are 3 bathrooms of which 2 with bath. There are are several terraces and a lounge area with couches near the infinity pool.The TV room has a big TV, with national and international channels and a Playstation 3. The living room has 5 meter high windows and has a view of Sitges and the sea. The house has fast internet (Fibra) and a kitchen with every appliance that you can imagine. Also a nespresso machine. The house is located in a beautiful residential area (Vallpineda) and is located near the center of Sitges. The residential area is a gated community with parking space in front of the house.
    A fantastic tennis / paddle tennis center with a fully equipped gym and an Olympic size swimming pool is 300 meters away from the house. Sitges regularly has very nice events and festivities. It is known for the film festival in October (mini-Cannes), the Gourmet weekend in the same month, Carnival in February, The Barcelona to Sitges Vintage car rally in March and of course the Fiesta Mayor in August. Then the beautiful historic center of life is bustling. The town has its own character and also a beautiful hinterland, with the Pinedes wine valley and the Garaf nature park on a half hour drive. Barcelona is very easy to reach and the airport is a 20-minute drive away. Together with the wonderful climate Sitges offers everything for an ideal holiday. The villa is located near the center of Sitges and is only 2 to 3 minutes drive from the beach. The district Vallpineda, where the villa is located, is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Sitges and wonderfully quiet.
    In case of a late check in after 20.00, 40.00 euros will be due. You will be met by our contact person who welcomes you and explains everything. She is also your point of contact for questions during the stay. The cleaning costs are 200,00 euro to be paid cash upon arrival.

Incredible property with a stunning view! Check-in was easy as the lovely Maria met us at the property. We walked into the front entrance and the view of Sitges was spectacular! The house was immaculate and the f our bedrooms were spacious with great storage. The pool area was relaxing and the pool is large and inviting. The house had every amenity we needed to prepare lovely meals.The location was perfect for us. A quick 20-25 minute walk into Sitges centre and the train station. The walk back up helped us burn the many calories we consumed. Maria was very helpful and provided insight into the grocery stores, local restaurant, bus service, etc. She followed up part way through our visit to ensure everything was fine. We would highly recommend this beautiful home. We are hoping to return in the future. A 5 star property with a great host.

Wow! The view the moment we walked through the front door was breathtaking.The villa feels luxurious, spacious, and was spotless on arrival. Maria is a wonderful host who took time to show us around and responded quickly to any questions.The walk into Sitges takes around 30 minutes downhill and is lovely when the weather isn’t too hot. There are lots of beaches, shops and places to eat here. We hired a car, making it easier for family trips and being especially helpful for groceries and taking out rubbish and recycling.The pool is ideal for adults thanks to its depth and the steps being at the deep end. Our 4 year old loved it too, with clear boundaries and a life vest. Families should be aware that the villa has multiple steps, balconies, and an open pool area, so close supervision and boundaries are needed — but we had a fantastic, issue‑free stay with our son. We highly recommend this villa and would love to return. We’ve made so many special memories here. Relaxing on the upper deck, admiring the view and watching the sunset each evening is something we’ll truly miss.

Absolutely perfect!

This was our second stay at the villa and it was excellent in every way! The view is even better than the pictures and the pool is divine. Madelene, the house manager, was also incredibly helpful and made the stay that much better. We’ll definitely be back!

Celebration Long Weekend

First time in Stiges , the house was spectacular especially the pool.. It had everything needed for stay and Madelene gave us some great recommendations for bars and restaurants. Would say that you will need a car to make the most of the area and your stay.

Lovely home overlooking sea

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sitges. The vacation home had ample room for our group of seven, including teenagers. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is within walking distance of town but is located on a hill. This provides a stunning view but does mean you have a bit of a steep climb on your return, as others have noted. If you don't have a car, jumping on a bus or hailing a cab is your best bet if you have an armful of groceries. We had no complaints at all! It's a great house in a great city!

Just what we wanted

We were looking for a property close to Sitges and all it's surroundings has to offer but in a peaceful location. This villa was perfect. Just a twenty minute down hill walk to the centre(a bit longer on the way up) although there is a local bus to make it easier. Set on the hill the villa has amazing views of the town and coast which can be enjoyed almost every room, both terraces and the beautiful pool. It is well furnished, well maintained, and equipped with everything you may need whether you choose to self cater or eat out. Madelene, the hosts contact in Sitges, was charming, welcoming, helpful and available should you need anything. There were no negatives so our stay was perfect.

Stunning, stunning, stunning.

The house is absolutely awesome. As many have said the pictures do not do it justice. As a party of 6 adults we could have time together by the pool, in the lounge area or eating together. However my sons and I could also have private time in many areas of the house with our respective partners. The views are stunning from the dining terrace but the lower part of the house including by the pool is quite secluded and private despite having neighbours. The communication was excellent at all times as well. I can’t rate it highly enough.

WOW what a location in beautiful Sitges, Spain!

This house was absolutely amazing! The location on the hill in Sitges with a picturesque view of the water and a great pool was simply awesome! Three adult couples had a wonderful time at this house. Very clean, very equipped with everything you need and VERY responsive owner (Monique) and manager (Madelene)!! The whole process went so very smoothly especially for Americans coming to Spain for their first time! Monique always responded quickly to my emails and provided excellent information on our accommodations and the check-in process. Madelene was super sweet and was always there to help in any way no matter how small the matter was. She too was very responsive. And Ana, the private chef and tour guide that we had was the best! Ana cooked an amazing Spanish meal at the house for our group and it was so so good! She also was our tour guide for Montserrat, Barcelona and a local winery too. This made our trip a great one! We will miss Ana and Madelene for sure! The location of this home is perfect because you are away from the main area of Sitges but just a short bus or cab ride into the main area is very easy to do. We are so glad we stayed in Sitges and commuted to Barcelona by train. It was an easy process and we loved both cities! I HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone looking to travel with 3 couples - all private bedrooms and baths for each and there was plenty of room for all of us as well.

The villa was perfect for us as a group of five female friends celebrating a big birthday for 5 nights. Maria couldn’t have been more helpful before our arrival and during our stay which we all appreciated. The accommodation is very spacious and well equipped for a long stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to bbq and for self catering when we didn’t go out. Everything worked and was very straightforward. Lovely pool and shaded areas which was all beautifully kept and spacious. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, it took us about 20 mins to walk down the hill into town and we had no issues getting taxis back up. Can well recommend this property.

Joyful villa in superb location.

The awesome villa with inspiring design features was the perfect accommodation for an intergenerational get together. Most memorable was the delightful pool, edged with trees and the outdoor terrace which afforded panoramic views of Sitges. The joyful villa was the perfect base for an unforgettable family holiday.

Fantastic location & view

We loved our stay at the property. The views from the outdoor dining were amazing. Kids spent countless hours in the pool after day trekking around Barcelona and the area. Was handy to drive into metro/Barcelona or dive/walk down to the beach in Sitges or visit the nearby vineyards. Kitchen was well appointed and the bbq great. What a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Stay

We visited for a short October Half Term break with the kids. The property was fantastic and had everything we needed (Even the weather). Lots of space, amazing views and a pool to die for. Monique’s property exceeded all expectations! The view was beyond words. The house was sparkling clean with very comfortable furniture and beds. And the location was super close to town, but far enough to be peaceful and serene. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful villa

Stayed for a short break. Beautiful villa, accurately represented by pictures. Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and housekeeper was very helpful. We didn’t take a car but it was easy to get around using bus or taxi. We did walk down into Sitges but not back as uphill all the way but did make for excellent views.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful house, the views are incredible, the pool was amazing, the house has everything you need for a luxurious stay in sitges. It is quite a walk back up to the house from Sitges centre, but you can usually hail a taxi or call one.

Lovely villa - perfect getaway - amazing views!

We had a lovely week with 3 kids from 11-15. Who basically just loved the pool and the fact their rooms were just steps away. Check in was fast and easy and all information we needed during the week was easily communicated via whatsapp. Only comment would be, if you need a taxi on a Saturday or Sunday, you need to book it. Great villa & so peaceful too.

Perfect family holiday

The house was absolutely fantastic! Lovely view from the terrace, lots of space both outside and inside, short distance to cozy Sitges (we took the bus which has a stop a few meters from the house). We spent many hours in the pool. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We did not want to leave, so hopefully we will be back asap.
