"The hotel was well maintained, with friendly and exceptionally professional staff. The guest room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The location of the hotel was convenient to both Old San Juan and the Condado, while also offering excellent shopping and dining expreiences on the grounds of the resort. Keep in mind that in most of San Juan, and Puerto Rico in general, it is generally easier to get around if you can rent a car, or at least use Uber. However, the exception to this rule is Old San Juan. It's better to be prepared to walk rather than drive in that part of the city. Having said that, we were extremely pleased with the hotel and all they offered. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to San Juan."

"Our room didn't have cold water, and the handle in the tub would fall off, the latch on the door, the screw would come out and you had to put it back in. There was no microwave or coffee pot in the room. But other than that, I would have to say it was a good stay. The staff was respectful and curteous "
