The quiet 4.5 room apartment has a wonderful view to the south. This holiday apartment is less than a minute's walk from the next bus stop, a 10-minute walk from Lake Heid and 650 m from Rothorn Lenzerheide. In summer, the water sports center and the unique sandy beach with the children's adventure area invite you to linger but also to enjoy an active summer holiday.This apartment offers space for couples (max. 6 adults) as well as families (max. 4 adults with 2 children) and is suitable for longer stays.This centrally located holiday apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the Graubünden mountains. The kitchen - of course with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, etc. you will also find a raclette and fondue set for cozy evenings.The apartment offers a bathroom with bathtub and toilet and a separate guest toilet and three bedrooms. You can park your vehicle in the garage.The final cleaning is included in the rental price. You can rent bed linen and towels from us. Cost: CHF 30 per person.
