Heating: gas, wood. Private outdoor area with right-of-way allowing access to neighbouring house. Gîte on outskirts of Lagnieu (footpaths), Ambérieu-en-Bugey (Château des Allymes), St-Rambert-en-Bugey (gastronomy).
