Beautiful place, lovely room, great views, quiet and delicious restaurant- parking can be difficult or far away so book early if you don’t want to walk or haul your bags 15 minutes away.

It was a pleasure to stay at ABBA’s member/guitarist hotel. They did an amazing job with the hotel. Everyone was kind and everything was great. Just I wished there were slippers, it was the only missing in the studio room. We had a great view, especially in the morning with the sunrise.

Room 116 was very cold even after we double checked with reception how the heating system worked. I have seen reviews from others who stayed in neighboring rooms further down the corridor that they had the same problem. When we stayed last year at the same time, in a room closer to the front (104) we didn't have any complaints. Anyways it is in a ver spot

Our room (No. 4) was very nice and fully met our expectations. However, the hotel offers very limited parking, and the nearest parking area is about 500 metres away. It is possible to unload luggage at the entrance. We recommend choosing a south-facing room but avoiding the first floor, as the restaurant’s roof windows open upwards, allowing both noise and cooking smells to enter the room. Unfortunately, the overall experience was ruined by extremely unprofessional service. At both check-in and check-out, the receptionist was occupied with their mobile phone and showed very little interest in the guests. The breakfast was, without comparison, the worst we have ever experienced at any hotel. The buffet was constantly running out of food, and many items were never replenished. Throughout breakfast there was a constant shortage of bread rolls, scrambled eggs, plates and several other basic items. The bacon was burnt black and inedible, the butter had completely melted, and a cheap tub of Becel margarine from the supermarket was put out instead. There were no baked beans, and despite asking several times, they were never replenished. Tables were not cleared or cleaned, while staff stood chatting even though the buffet was empty and guests were waiting. Many guests repeatedly had to ask for food to be refilled. There was a complete lack of management and organisation, and the staff appeared indifferent to the situation. The service was extremely poor. We will not be returning.

Tolles Zimmer direkt auf dem Wasser mit schöner Terrasse und Sitzmöbeln und Liegestuhl. Schönes Badezimmer mit ausreichenden Ablagemöglichkeiten. Tolles Frühstück mit Blick aufs Wasser. Parkmöglichkeiten auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß- es gibt nur wenige hoteleigene Parkplätze (kostenpflichtig).

De rider lite väl högt på utsikten och läget. Ett kylskåp på rummet och en kaffebryggare/vattenkokare hade varit på sin plats. En massa tomma typ köksskåp men ingen plats för exempelvis resväskorna. Fin utsikt men spartanskt relativt dyrt boende.

Väldigt mycket högre pris än förmåga att möta gästerna Ambitionen kan finnas där och läget är topp men helhetsupplevelsen blir medioker mycket beroende på personalens förmåga och attityd. När vi fick ett rum som inte stämde med vår beställning så blir svaret - Det kan vi inte göra något åt för vi är fullbokade… Så om man bokar något och betalar extra för det vid bokning får man hoppas att inte komma en dag då det är fullbokat. För den prisnivå man håller är det 3 stjärnor. Eller om vi väder på det, ska det vara ett betyg på 5 stjärnor får priset ner med 30-40%. Och ja, vi bor ganska mycket på hotel både i Sverige och på andra länder runt jorden.
