The hotel is in a great location and the staff went above and beyond! There were 3 staff members who were really attentive and unfortunately I can’t remember their names except for Aziz and that’s probably because we spent the most time with him. The tall young lady who checked us in and the gentleman who appeared to be the head server at the restaurant were the other two.

We stayed here recently for 1 night and the staff were extremely helpful from check in to check out. We enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast in the hotel which were both exquisite. The room was brilliant with a lovely view of the lake. We will be returning. Cannot recommend enough.

Very clean and comfortable room with all the amenities. The included breakfast buffet was exceptional and we had a view to the lake from our table that we we will remember forever!! A free shuttle to and from the train station was an asset. Very friendly personnel. We ate at La visteria in the hotel and had the most wonderful culinary experience , michelin type experience, although not michelin starred or Bib awarded restaurant , certainly was at this level. Highly recommended.

Great property just quick 10 min walk from Varenna train station. Perfect proximity to ferries, lovers walk, shops, and food. Right next door to Villa Cipresi. Rooms were modern, clean, bed was comfortable and staff beyond helpful and friendly. Would totally stay again
