The Cocoonr agency propose to you to rent, this charming apartment located on the right bank of the port of Vannes to 2 steps of the historical center of the medieval city of Vannes, you will be immediately allured by the site, the character and the charm of the place. With a surface area of 88 m², you can comfortably stay up to 4 travelers. Housekeeping is included in the rental and 4* quality hotel linens are provided (sheets, towels). Your bed will be prepared upon arrival.

The accommodation consists of:

- A large and bright living room of 30 m², quality equipment, a neat decoration, Wifi (fiber)
- A kitchen open on the living room fully equipped and furnished. To start your stay, we provide you with some coffee capsules, tea, sugar, kit
oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, cleaning products...
- One room with 1 queen-size bed (160x200)
- A second room with 2 pull-out beds (70x70) that can be transformed into a double bed
- A beautiful bathroom with large Italian shower and double sinks
- A beautiful terrace with garden furniture of 16m².

- A beautiful sunny terrace to enjoy the beautiful days with outdoor furniture

The apartment is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops but also stores, restaurants, bars. Many activities in the surroundings in the heart of the city.

- Located at 600 m from the Porte Saint Vincent, the historical district, its pedestrian streets and its markets.
- Tourist office at 5 minutes.
-Access to the Rhuys peninsula: beaches, coastal paths, Suscino castle etc... via the Kérino tunnel (avoiding the city center) ideally located to go to La Trinité sur mer, to the Carnac alignments and to the Quiberon wild coast.

Transportation :

- The bus n°1 leads to the beach of Conleau, to the center of Vannes and to the train station.
- Nearby ferry terminal : departure of boat excursions on the gulf and the islands.

Les Terrasses Marines Beautiful apartment with everything we needed for a fantastic week in Vannes. This apartment was better than our own home! The apartment staff were really helpful and friendly. Vannes is a great place for a holiday - buses and ferries go everywhere, and the town of Vannes is also really interesting.

Les Terrasses Marines We loved the apartment - it was bright and airy and had lots of amenities and personal touches. We loved the location and enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boat traffic on the canal. it was an easy 500m walk into town on the walking path along the canal. It was a pleasure to stay in this lovely home and we hope to return to Vannes again one day and stay here again!

Les Terrasses Marines The appartment was in a fantastic position, a short walk into the center of Vannes. It was very close to bars and resturants, but far enough away to not be disturbed by them. There is a newly opened supermarket about 100yds away, very handy. The appartment was very spacious, with lots of light streaming in. It was very clean and extremely well equipped. It also had parking which proved very convenient. Alain the host was very, very welcoming, he met us and showed us around the appartment, explaining things we needed to know. Overall the appartment is excellent, with beautiful views from the huge balcony of the port. I would definitely recommend a stay in this appartment!!

Les Terrasses Marines "🙂 Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt sehr schön am Hafen. Die große Terrasse zeigt zum Hafen uns ist am Morgen in der Sonne, der kleine Balkon am Abend. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf den Hafen ist großartig. In nur wenige Gehminuten ist man in der Innenstadt oder am Gare Maritim. Optimal ist das Parken im umzäunten Innenhof. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen."

Les Terrasses Marines 🙁 Dans la 2e chambre, en fait, c était un lit gigogne très petit où un adulte ne pouvait pas dormir. Alors que j avais mentionné qu il fallait absolument 2 chambres Le lit n était pas fait. L intervenant a mis à l arrache une couverture ds 1 housse de couette, peu confortable et un coussin dur en guise d oreiller.j ai attrapé un torticolis. Inadmissible pour un séjour à 1400 euros la semaine.

Les Terrasses Marines "Ankunft war perfekt.Alain hat uns alles erklärt,super nett!!!!wir haben lokales Gastgeschenk bekommen,super lecker!!Die Wohnung hell ,lichtdurchflutet mit viel Liebe eingerichtet.Tolle Dekoration.Perfekt.Kücheninterieur absolut der Hammer!Alles wie zu Hause und sogar besser .Einbauschränke zum verstauen der Sachen genügend vorhanden.Balkone vorne zur Marina und zUr Rückseite Sonne von vorn und später von hinten.Genügend Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden.Kaffeemaschine,nespresso & Kapseln ,Tee,schokopulver…TV.Handtücher,Fön sogar im Schrank.Schirme und Einkaufstaschen und sogar ein Einkaufswagen war da.Das Bett und auch die Couch zum ausziehen waren gut (wir haben gut geschlafen).!!!Die Wohnung ist den Preis wert.Auch das Auto ist sicher !
