The Best Apartment!
My husband and I are living in France for 1 year and selected Aime's apartment for our 3 months in Vannes. It was absolutely perfect in every way! Close to everything one would need within a short walk, and in a very quiet part of town. Upon arrival, Aime provided a thorough orientation to the apartment, and remained responsive to answering questions throughout our stay. This apartment is beautifully appointed and comfortable. The kitchen is BY FAR the best one we've ever had in Europe - spacious and well stocked with everything needed to cook or bake. The clothes dryer and private garage was an added bonus during our long stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment to anyone looking to feel instantly at home while in Vannes.

Wonderful Comfortable Apartment
We spent a week in Vannes and this apartment was perfect for us. Comfortable Beds. Lovely airy living space, Everything you could want Quiet location yet only a short walk to the old Town and Harbour where you will find fabulous architecture, restaurants and shops including some wonderful bakeries ! Best bread we have ever had. We did some lovely trips to nearby towns - Rochefort en Terre was beautiful - and a boat trip to ile d’Arz equally beautiful.

Enjoyable week
The apartment is precisely as advertised. Comfortable, nicely equipped, and convenient to the old town. Aimé, the owner, is very hospitable and his book of instructions and such is great. Be warned, though. The parking in the basement is very narrow and you need patience and care to get in and out. Don’t take a big car! We would come again.

Great place to stay in Vannes
Everything was just great! Everything in Vannes is within walking distance from the appartement. The private garage is perfect for your car so no need to search outside for a parking spot. The appartement itself was very clean and the host was very nice and spoke good English. We have zero complaints

Exceeded expectations
We had a great time staying in this very clean, spacious and quiet apartment. The location was perfect and the owner gave us perhaps the most thorough explanation of the various amenities that I have received from a vacation rental. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment , has everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday. Great location too
Super clean and comfortable apartment in a quite clean block. Has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Beds are comfortable as is the gorgeous lounge sofa. In a perfect position to walk into the old town in the evenings. We found some great places to eat and drink. We also found the electric bikes a brilliant way to explore around the gulf, simply downloading the Velocio App to your mobile and obtaining a code to release the bikes. Very inexpensive too. Aime and her father were so helpful both before and upon arrival to our holiday, even found details of a pool and gym we could use as we had enquired about this beforehand. Overalll experience was excellent, sorry to leave, enjoyed every minute. Thank you

Week in Vannes
Had an Excellent week in a fantastic apartment. Couldn’t fault it. Location perfect to walk into centre of town where the shops and cafes were lovely. Some great beaches south of Vannes (car ideal) and would recommend a trip to Nantes if you can make it.

Convenient Apartment in Vannes
We stayed at Aimé's place as 2 couples and found the apartment to be well yet simply appointed and convenient to town. Especially nice is the secure parking space.

Lovely apartment located within easy walking distance of all that Vannes has to offer
Before our visit Aime was honest enough to tell us about building maintenance works which would be in progress during our stay. In fact there was no effect apart from the fact that the front of the building did not look very nice as the works were underway. Aime met us on arrival and gave us a warm welcome, was very nice and very helpful. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is located just a short walk away from the centre of Vannes, which we found to be a lovely place with lots of superb places to eat and drink. It's a super place for a long weekend, or more. We hope to return again soon. Many thanks to Aime!

Beautiful apartment, close to centre of Vannes with all conveniences
Large, comfortable living area and kitchen with small balcony. Good wi fi, TV and CD player etc. Bedrooms very comfortable and good sized bathroom with washing machine and dryer plus separate WC. Owner, Aime very helpful and no problems at all with the property or equipment.
