Quiet countryside getaway - indoor pool, pet-friendly. Fun for family & friends!
6/10 Okay
"We had a lovely visit. Bugs are the reason for low ratings. Pros: Great kitchen, dining area, and living area. Pool was wonderful, but …Cons: The pool’s ‘shallow end’ was 4 feet deep, so young kids were unable to stand up and play in the pool. This should be noted in house description. There was an infestation of lady bugs (bi-annual owners said). They were all over, dead and alive. Other bugs as well, dead flies, crawling things. Unpleasant. "
"My partner and I loved our stay here! It was a perfect spot to rest and relax. It was very warm and cozy and we really enjoyed the spa/sauna. We would definitely come back another time! "
"The hotel is looking a bit tirted. A few things like carpets and walls could use some new paint or carpets.
The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. Lots of choices both hot and cold. "
"Our stay was very enjoyable at the Auberge Le Chardo Inn. The room was very spacious and clean. It appeared to have been newly renovated and I loved the hardwood flooring. Big bathroom and amenities were supplied.
The staff were welcoming, friendly and kind.
The restaurant food was excellent and the menu offered a very wide selection to choose from.
The Easter buffet brunch they offered was amazing. There was even a chocolate fondue set up.
I would highly recommend this Inn for anyone that is looking for a place to stay. "
"Bar might've been well stacked but the actual hotel portion was just horrendous. People coming up and down from the bar consistently. Conversing with drunks unwillingly. At the bar, seeing one price and paying another on the menu. It was just a terrible experience overall. No soap to shower, nothing at all provided. If you're out all day and plan to get to the place at 2am to just take a quick nap and be on your way, it's the place for you. There's no reason to check in at 2pm. You'll be overpaying for stuff at the bar and then putting up with teenagers and drunk people for the rest of the time. "
