"Beautiful building and very helpful staff. But it is a historic building with some of the lack of accessibility that entails. I don’t request accessible rooms because I feel others may have more need than I have. But I found it very challenging to have a bathroom with a low toilet and no grab bars. I hope they will consider upgrading to comfort height and adding grab bars for all their guests."
