The hotel was beautifully maintained. The historical aspect was so interesting. The room was comfortable. Parking was great and the hotel was located right downtown and easily accessibnle to shopping, restaurants and walks. We ate at the pub the first night and the food and service was very good.

Nicely run hotel in the middle of everything. The room was clean with a nice bathroom and comfy bed, but as expected with older hotels, the walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbors conversations clearly.

This is an old , but quaint hotel ! That is what we love about it , all the rooms are different ! We have stayed here many times , have been coming back for 17 years ! Walking distance to the downtown area , great views of Little Traverse Bay ! Would highly recommend the Perry Hotel , you won’t be disappointed !

Beds are so comfy & room very attractive. A long hike to elevator with someone with bad knees. Kids above us were up & noisy @ 7AM. Breakfast was very good.

Mark and Mackenzie in the Rose room are amazing. Mark works so hard making sure everything runs smoothly. Our room’s air wasn’t working and we were quickly moved to a different room. Love the Hotel Perry. Under new management shows but hopefully will be back on track soon!

I have only praise for this property. The staff was beyond exceptional! The property is located on beautiful grounds and just a short drive to downtown Harbor Springs. If you are looking for a new and modern facility this is not for you. Rather, it is eclectic with charm and sophistication. The food and wine selections were great.
