Designed with families and small groups in mind, this 2-bedroom basement suite comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. The layout includes a private bedroom and a second bedroom that serves as a cozy living area, perfect for movie nights or winding down after a fun day exploring Vancouver. One full bathroom serves the suite. The shared patio is a lovely bonus, a relaxed outdoor space shared with the friendly long term family upstairs, giving the property a warm, homey feel that sets it apart from a typical short term rental. As with any home with upstairs neighbours, guests may occasionally hear footsteps or everyday sounds from above, a small reminder that you`re staying in a real, lived-in home rather than a hotel.
Guests have full access to the entire basement suite including both bedrooms, the full bathroom, and a dedicated private entrance so you can come and go freely at any time. The shared patio is a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the fresh air, a relaxed shared space enjoyed alongside the friendly long term family upstairs.
