Huge ground floor unit, one bedroom, sleeps four if one with an air mattress. One bathroom. Unit above ground and with an entrace just by the main. Sunny and spacious.

Close to Sands Secondary and Burnsview; Sungod Community Center, Alex Bridge, a quick drive to Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Surrey and White Rock. Self enclosed ground floor 1 bedroom about 850 sq ft, quiet and full of greens. short drive to 120 st where you have cinema, restaurants, shopping.... the list goes on. Perfect for a family of 4.

Zeer ruim verblijf, tikje karig ingericht. Voor langer verblijf raad ik aan de keukeninventaris op te waarderen en voor linnengoed en handdoeken een reserve set neer te leggen. Goed met auto te bereiken en van daar uit andere dagbesteding te bereiken.
