  • The House is at walking distance (800m) to Canada line SkyTrain station. Easy access to Richmond airport, Vancouver downtown, Oakridge centre. Shopping at Marine Drive station gateway mall.
    The house has two bedrooms upstairs and one sofa bed at downstairs living room. The house is very comfortable with 4 guests. Maximum for 6 guests if needed.
    The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
    Our space is compliant with the new BC short-term rental rules.

Two couples traveled together, stayed from Friday to Sunday. Check in wasn't until 5 pm, difficult but the process was ok. It would be good for people to know it's a Chinese neighborhood, almost all restaurants plus the closest grocery store very much Chinese. The property said two bedrooms, there was a sofa bed so it could accommodate six, but only one bedroom was available; two rooms were locked. This meant one couple had to sleep on the sofa bed, which was a little uncomfortable and shoved against a wall, so one person had to climb over the other during the night when visiting the washroom. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a TV as advertised, but the remote didn't work, so actually no TV. The whole property was adequate but not luxurious, so the price seemed a little high to us.
Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2026
