"The property is showing its age and all items in the room were clean, but the drapes and some of the furniture have seen better days, which contributes to a bit of shabbiness. Also, the drapes don’t close, or at least I couldn’t figure out how to make them. The cleaning staff does a great job and all bed coverings were snow white. The bed was incredibly comfortable as were the pillows, though a range of softness and firm would be nice. If one doesn’t suit, none of them will. I had a wonderful night’s sleep. Thank you."
