You will have exclusive use of the entire house. The owner has reserved one upstairs bedroom area for personal use and storage. The owner has independent access to his room and will not disturb the guests' privacy.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in the Victoria Drive neighborhood, a vibrant residential area with plenty of community amenities. Situated near the center of the neighborhood, you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, parks, and public transit all within easy walking distance.



Because of its convenient central location, you may hear some traffic noise in the morning if the windows are open. However, the home is equipped with triple-pane windows, which provide excellent sound insulation, so traffic noise is generally not noticeable when the windows are closed.



If you are extremely sensitive to traffic noise, especially when sleeping with the windows open, this property may not be the best fit for you.



Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:

Due to the property's convenient location, there may be some road noise during the day. It typically quiets down at night (we have installed triple-glazed windows for the side facing the main road, the noise should be very manageable). If you're very sensitive to noise, this may not be the right fit.
