  • This property is affordable and convenient. The house is located 10mins from Vancouver Airport and 5mins from central Richmond, connected to subway system, transit, shops, restaurants and many amenities, yet quiet and safe. This is a smoke free and pet free house. Moving around is convenient and easy. Richmond is famous for food and restaurants as well as shopping with a smaller population, less traffic and very touristic compared to other cities. It's urban living in a city atmosphere with many places to visit including Steveston Village, Whistler etc

We were located in the heart of Richmond with easy access to everything around us. Just minutes away from grocery / restaurants / and the night market! Thank you for accommodating us.

Really nice house, great location

Ravee's place was really clean and really well-put together. They were really nice people and very welcoming. The only downside was that none of my girl friends and I could connect to the wifi, and when I spoke with them about it, they said that they could connect to it just fine. I had homework I needed to do and wasn't able to because I couldn't connect to the wifi, but other than that, it was pretty good overall experience.

The place was quite was clean, responded quickly and seemed pleasant, was NOT clear about the facility-no private access, layout and actual number of beds was unclear, several nights they were pretty loud past 10pm, nice neighborhood. Overall enjoyed the stay.

The house and neighbourhood are very good. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was very nice. The wifi was spotty and their dog barked a lot. I slept with ear plugs. It's good value and they communicate well.
