    Welcome to Molly’s Place, a modern, brand-new one-bedroom garden-level suite with a private entrance in the heart of historic Mount Pleasant - one of Vancouver’s most vibrant, walkable neighbourhoods.

    Tucked away on a quiet, safe, tree-lined residential street, you’ll be just steps from restaurants, cafés, shops, and transit, and within walking distance of Vancouver General Hospital.

    Our location is exceptionally convenient for exploring Vancouver, getting downtown, or heading to YVR Airport. The Canada Line is an easy 10-minute walk away, Olympic Village waterfront is about a 20-minute walk, and BC Place is approximately 30 minutes on foot.

    Built in 2025, Molly’s Place is cozy, bright, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. At approximately 430 sq. ft., it’s an ideal home base for solo travellers, couples, business travellers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Vancouver.

    The suite is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, plus radiant floor heating throughout, and air conditioning for added comfort.

    Molly’s Place is a private, fully self-contained garden-level suite located on the ground floor of our family home.

    The suite has its own secure entrance and is completely separate from the main living space. There are no stairs inside the suite. Guests can enjoy the privacy and convenience of self-check-in and self-check-out.

    OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
    • No smoking or vaping on the property.
