Bachelor Basement Suite of Older House in Cedar Cottage East Van. Pet Friendly!

This is the bachelor basement suite of an older house in East Vancouver.

The basement is unfinished in some areas so its just concrete walls/floor as you can see in the pictures. so just be aware of that.

The living space area has flooring laid down but it is uneven in some areas due to the foundation shifting.

The living space area can either be prepared with one queen bed or two queen beds depending on how many guests are staying. I also have a single futon bed if you need it.

There is outdoor private patio space area with table and chairs.

Laundry is shared with me upstairs, if you are staying longer than 2 weeks, we can arrange a time for me to do my laundry.

There is a smart tv with youtube, IPTV television packages with tv from all over the world, ppv, etc.

Dresser and hangars for your clothes. Sectional couch. Small circular table with chairs. Kitchen has portable dishwasher you connect to the laundry sink. Fridge, Oven/Stove.

Private car park in back with EV charger level 2. Fast 1gbps wifi.

Pet friendly! bring your animals! backyard is fully fenced and very big . Its a huge property, in fact.
